Typography

Faith

I decided to name the image Faith simply because of the way the shot portrayed the path lying ahead in the picture. I used two different types of font, one a solid serif font and the other a script font for contrast. I fixed the white balance to make the snow more white in camera raw.

  1. Damen, this photo is fantastic. I really like how you utilized the fog to depict such a positive message. Even without the typography, this is an amazing shot. However, I feel the added type really makes the photo even better.I liked how you contrasted the text by changing the typeface and the form. In your study of color, the composition of "Red Tail" was great. I really liked how the biker is in the background. Overall, you have done a wonderful job. I can tell you enjoy taking photos.

  2. I definitely think this picture represents what faith is all about. Nice job on your typography, I like the use of the two different font styles. The photo is also well done. Sometimes I think there is nothing really good to capture when it's all foggy and snowy out but you changed my mind about that.

  3. I think you chose a great subject and an excellent message. this picture reminded me of President Clark's message about the threshold of our faith. It was a great message and I think the message of your picture is just as poignant. Well Done.
